For your vacation on the island of Brač, near Postira, we offer you a vacation house. It was built in authentic Dalmatian style with a spacious garden (400m2).
The holiday house “Lori” is 35 m2 in size and consists of a kitchen, a dining room, two bedrooms and a bathroom with a toilet.
The facility is also equipped with air conditioning, which can only be used during the day during sunny weather, a TV, a coffee machine and a hair dryer.
At your disposal is a covered grill with a sink and an auxiliary gas cooker.
While relaxing on one of the five terraces, you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the sea, the cities on the mainland – Split and Omiš, above which the mountains rise, creating a special atmosphere.
The house is located 4 km from Postira and 1000 m as the crow flies from the beautiful sandy beach “Lovrečina”.
A concrete road (700m) leads from the main road to the building itself, and parking is provided right next to the building.
The accommodation facility is equipped with solar cells that provide electricity (220w) (the use of household appliances that are large consumers is not recommended).
The water is from a tank (30,000 l) and rational use is recommended.
Hot water is heated by solar energy and can be used in the kitchen, bathroom and outdoor shower.
